The Business Studio is our largest, most luxurious studio. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a more sophisticated place to stay in the city center of Groningen. The Business Studio is a fully furnished studio with a high-end feel. It is perfect for a couple (both need to be a student) or a single student who is looking for a place to stay in the city center of Groningen long-term (1 year). The Business studio is for you if you appreciate the little extras. Besides extra space, we’ve made it our most home-like experience. With a large closet, you can bring an outfit for every occasion. After a long day, you can relax on the couch and watch your personal tv.

Just like the Standard Studios, the studio has a private bathroom and a private kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipment with the extras of coffee machine, kettle and plenty of kitchenware and utensils. In addition to that, the Business Studios has a cosy seating area with a television and a comfortable study area with a desk and office chair.

The Business studios are located throughout the entire building. Therefore, there is a lot of variation regarding the view – think of the Reitemakersrijge, the Schuitemakersstraat, the BlockHouse courtyard or Groningen’s canals.

The building offers shared space to store your bike, cleaning service for common areas, shared laundry facilities, and elevators. The studio is located in the city center, allowing you to enjoy peace at home while the liveliness of the city is just around the corner! Nearby you will find various shops, supermarkets, a cinema, several bus stops, Groningen Central Station, restaurants, museums, and much more.
