The Large Studio is great if you like plenty of space to get around in your home while staying in Groningen. It is a furnished studio available in different sizes. Our long term stay studios are exclusively for students; perfect for a couple or single person looking for a place to stay in the city center of Groningen for one year (extention possible). The studio is equipped with a private bathroom and private kitchen. It has a practical layout with a multifunctional table; the ideal place to study or to have dinner with friends. In other words, a great place to come home to!

The sleeping area offers a comfortable bed and a closet that provides plenty of space for your clothes and personal items.

The Studios are located throughout the entire building. Therefore, there is a lot of variation regarding the view: either Reitemakersrijge, the Schuitemakersstraat, the BlockHouse courtyard or Groningen’s canals.

The building offers shared space to store your bike, cleaning service for common areas, shared laundry facilities, and elevators. The studio is located in the city center, allowing you to enjoy peace at home while the liveliness of the city is just around the corner! Nearby you will find various shops, supermarkets, a cinema, several bus stops, Groningen Central Station, restaurants, museums, and much more.
